All applicants please CAREFULLY read the following conditions By applying for your arena pass and attending the show you have agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. I agree that I and all persons who attend as part of my application will abide by all laws of the land and will not knowingly cause or risk harm/damage to any individual or property/vehicle while doing so.
2. Neither I nor any accompanying individuals will hold the Club (Surrey Street Rodders) liable for any personal injury or loss, damage or theft to any property/content or equipment due to exhibitors, traders or members of the public negligence or involvement. Entry is purely at your own risk. I agree that I (Applicant) will be held solely responsible for ALL accompanying individuals and their actions. The organisers cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss, damage or theft to any property/content or equipment due to your or your accompanying persons actions.
3. The playing/broadcasting/preaching/shouting of music and/or speaches political or otherwise is prohibitted at all timesOnly fully paid members and repesentitives of the Club (Surrey Street Rodders) can broadcast at the event.
4. Dogs must be kept on a lead and in control at all times! You are solely responsible for your own animals. As such the organisers cannot be held responsible for their actions and any damage or injury caused. Please clean up after your animal.
5. The riding of motor cycles, quads, bikes etc. around the show ground is strictly forbidden at any time (disabled vehicles are allowed at the discretion of the show organisers).
6. The show organisers reserve the right to remove person or persons from the site who are considered to have contravened the regulations stated here or in breach of any Law of the land, and could result in a ban for the individual/group/club/trader from current or future Surrey Street Rodders events.
7. All persons must comply with any Surrey Street Rodder Members/marshals lawful instructions while entering, attending or leaving the show.
8. I (Applicant) or any accompanying individual caught breaking these rules may jeopardise their acceptance to future events.
9. All entries are entirely at the discretion of the Surrey Street Rodders.
10. The Surrey Street Rodders reserves the right to issue a cease and desist request or remove persons/equipment without notice from the site should they/it have been considered to have contravened any regulation/law or potentially pose a threat or risk of harm to any individual on or off site, property or equipment. It could also result in a temporary or Life-Time Ban for the individual/company. No compensation financial or otherwise will be granted in any case.
11. Failure to follow any reasonable request made by any Surrey Street Rodder member could result in security/police being called and legal action taken.
12. Much of the public parking is a grass area. Low vehicles may have problems with access at times. Marshals will try to assist you where possible but you are solely responsible for entry and exit of the parking field.
Data Protection – I hereby consent to the Surrey Street Rodders keeping details on club computers and using them for the purposes registered under the Data Protection Act. No personal data will be given out to any non-Club business or individual.
Photographic Rights – I hereby give permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or vehicles taking part in Surrey Street Rodder activities to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press, information or advertising by or on behalf of Surrey Street Rodders. I understand that Surrey Street Rodders will select photographs for publication with care and respect for those shown.
Please note, ALL ticket sales are final! The events run rain or shine.
Refunds will not be offered or issued for any reason UNLESS the organisers (Surrey Street Rodders) make the decision to cancel, move or reschedule the event due to extreme weather or events and conditions out of our control.
The decision on cancellation of the event is solely the discretion of the organisers (Surrey Street Rodders). We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible, however we accept no liability to costs incurred attending the show should it be cancelled at short notice.
Only tickets bought directly from us (Surrey Street Rodders) carry any of these rights to a refund. We only offer tickets for sale directly from our official site.
If your tickets were purchased or obtained from anywhere other than our official site, we hold no responsibility for your rights. They are solely the responsibility of the person/company you obtained the tickets from.
